Traditional Chinese Medicine
What is Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a well-known aspect of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It involves the insertion of hair thin needles into specific points or muscles to treat the whole person by addressing internal body systems.
What We Treat
We specialize in sleep disorders, TMJ and jaw disorders, headaches, migraines and whiplash.
We emphasize care for autoimmune conditions, stress related symptoms, burnout, and hormone health.
Traditional Chinese Medicine
Each modality is an integral part of what makes up Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Acupuncture
One of the most well known aspects of TCM. In TCM, health is understood as a balance of Yin and Yang (opposing forces) and the smooth flow of Qi. These are treated through the insertion of needles.
Herbal Medicine
TCM uses a wide variety of plants, minerals, and animal products to treat and support the body’s health. Herbs are used in customized formulas to balance the body's internal systems, address specific health issues, and restore Qi balance
Chinese Massage (Tui Na)
Chinese bodywork that targets muscle tension, pain, and imbalances by working along the body’s energy pathways. Using techniques like kneading, pressing, and stretching, it helps restore the flow of Qi and supports natural healing.

“
I originally went in for chronic back issues, and Dr Kennedy didn’t just treat the symptoms. She thoughtfully identified and addressed the underlying causes, which made all the difference. She is very patient, attentive, and a thoughtful listener.”
